I also take joy in working with a highly collaborative and efficient team. I spend the better part of my day with my teammates and having a trust and respect-based relationship with them is indispensable. I actively help my team and I do not shy away from seeking my team’s help as well.

I bring a solid experience and understanding of many technologies relevant for the software development process. I successfully contributed to and maintained many world class software products for over 10 years. I also designed and implemented many software frameworks from scratch in professional settings as well as a personal hobby. I employ my can-do attitude and high ethical values to help my team. I also use my people skills and my soft persuasion techniques to resolve any conflict that may arise and keep the team focused.

I’m also a lifetime learner and a self-taught technology enthusiast. This simply means if it is broken I must fix it and if it is working, can it work a little better please?
